We don’t have a coat check, as we are a smaller, historic concert venue and do not have room for all those bigger new england winter coats! We ask that you plan ahead and know that you will need to carry your coat with you to your seat.
Yes, we do offer handicapped seating, which means space for wheelchairs! When reviewing our events, please look for the following seats, these are spots reserved specifically for wheelchairs. If you are looking to purchase one of these seats, please keep in mind that if you have any additional people coming with you, they will also need to purchase their own seats. Unless noted in the ticket sales or on signage at Johnson Hall Opera House, you can use your cell phone to take photos, but do NOT use your flash. If we see a flash during the show, we will ask you to put your phone away.
No, cameras are not allowed during the show. You may bring your cell phone, but NO flash.
No, you may not use any device to take video/record audio at Johnson Hall Opera House. If we see you taking video or recording audio, we will first ask you to put your phone away, if you do not comply, we will ask you to leave the show.
Parking is available around the City of Gardiner. There is street parking available, after 6:00 pm there is no time limit around the City.
No, backpacks are not allowed at Johnson Hall Opera House.
No, smoking is not allowed! The doors to the venue are locked at the start of the show. Anyone who leaves after the show begins will be locked out and will not be able to re-enter the building. Gardiner City ordinance states no smoking within 25 feet of the building.
